Refund & Return Policy

We care deeply about your shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with an item, please contact us — we’ll work with you to make it right. Most products are eligible for return or exchange within 60 days of the invoice date.

1. 60-Day Return or Exchange Window

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 60 days from the date of invoice. All returns require prior authorization — please email info@led-lights.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

2. Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Include all parts, manuals, and accessories.
  • Items showing damage, alteration, or missing components may incur a restocking fee (up to 15%).
  • We do not accept returns sent via COD (Cash on Delivery) or Freight Collect.

3. Exchanges

Exchange requests must be submitted within 60 days. We can only exchange for items of equal value. Customers are responsible for return shipping and shipment of the replacement item.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, or defective product).

5. Non-returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Opened or used products (for example: opened LED modules or SMD chips).
  • Clearance, promotional, or sample orders.
  • Large-volume / bulk orders unless defective.

6. International Orders

International customers are responsible for return shipping, import/export duties, and customs clearance fees. Some countries may restrict returns — please contact us first to confirm eligibility for returns from your region.

7. Policy Compliance

This policy follows Google Merchant Center return requirements: eligible returns accepted within 60 days and refunds processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
