Treatment

1. Turn the blue light tanning lamp on.

2. Wear the included protective eye goggles.

3. Ensure the area to be tanned is uncovered.

4. Position yourself approximately 12–16 inches from the lamp.

5. Use for 5–15 minutes per session, depending on comfort level.

6. Repeat 2–4 times per week as desired.
