Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We do offer financing or payment plans but only for larger orders, for more details please contact us.
How can I cancel / modify my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we can modify or cancel it. Get order details (order #, account information, etc.) and email to us.

However, we shall not be able to process a modification or cancellation once your order has been shipped.

How will the transaction show up on my bank statement when you bill me? Will it be your company or brand name / product name?

Do you require a minimum order?
We offer retail & wholesale prices on each product, most products at retail prices do not have MOQ.  For wholesale prices, a relative big MOQ is required because we offer the factory bottom prices.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders, resellers or wholesalers? Is there a set threshold, or is it handled on case by case basis?

We offer bulk discounts but it depends on the order. Refer to us if sounds like bulk order opportunity.

We are using a new way for the sale. For example:  
A led light bulb:
Amazon, eBay or other online stores sell in $5 - $10 ea.
and we sell
retail: $3.5 ea.  no minimum order requirement.
wholesale: $1.5 ea.   minimum order 5000 units.
If you need 1000 units, you can contact us for a possible discount on the retail basis.  We show our bottom prices for everyone if you want to get a deal at the bottom prices, it must meet the relative MOQ.

Do you offer price match?
Yes, we can sometimes price match depending on competitor product and pricing, please refer to us.
Do you offer coupon codes?

Sorry, we don't offer any coupon codes. Our pricing online already strictly calculated and we always try to bring the most reasonable and competitive prices to all kind of customers.

Do all products show online have in stock?

Customer may be able to add an item to cart that is temporarily out of stock. If the item is not in stock, we'll contact our customers about this and provide a solution shortly.

Not all products showed online have in stock. As a factory based seller, we always do our best to supply the goods in a short time.

NO free shipping is available. For our pricing is strictly calculated to give customers the most reasonable and competitive prices.

Product cost and Shipping cost are calculated and charged separately, which also allows our customers to get more various and independent option for shipping.

Where do you ship the products from?
Most of our products ship from our warehouse in ShenZhen China, some products ship from our warehouse in the U.S.
Is there a manufacturing or other non-shipping related lead time on some products before their shippment?

Yes, ALL products have a non-shipping lead time which has indicated on the product page.

We need time to produce and test all products to make sure they are 100% good before ship out.

For the detailed lead time, once you placed the order, our specialist will contact you via email shortly. Please pay attention to your email.

How long does the shipping take?

It depends on the shipping method you chose, please check on page

Once we receive an order, we need a few days to prepare/produce products, this time we list as "Lead Time" on each product page.

Once ready, we will ship it out via the shipping method that customer has chosen.

We provide flat rate, express shipping, air shipping, sea shipping, and pick up options, which you can see when checkout.

Do you have expedited shipping options?
Yes. But expedited shipping may cost more, please email us for your request, our specialist will reply shortly (usually within one work day).
Do I have to pay tax / customs for international orders?

For orders’ shipment from outside your country, Taxes, duty, customs fees, broker fees, delivery agent charges and so forth which may be assessed in your country are not included in what you will be billed and are your responsibility. For different countries have different customs policies, it's hard for us to get all clear. We will do our best to provide assistance that you may need for customs clearance.

Can customers pickup their order instead of shipping it?

How can I track my orders?

The order confirmation and tracking number will be provided by emails since you checkout. And our specialist will keep you posted for any condition if it is necessary to get in touch with you.

How can I change the delivery address of my order?

Please make sure the right address, postcode, and phone # are correctly typed when placing the order.

For orders that before shipping, we will make the change directly.

For orders that have already shipped out, only the orders shipped by express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT) can make the change on the address, and it will generate a cost for this change. Also if the new address is far from the first one, there will be a new cost for the delivery too. The customer can also call the local hotline of express company to make the change. If the shipping method is by FLAT RATE (post service) or By Sea, sorry it's not able to make the change at our end.

The Prices are directly from the Chinese local manufacturers.
